Today is Supernova Discovery Day In 1181, a
supernova was first observed by Japanese and Chinese
astronomers. The astronomers recorded the supernova, now known as SN 1181, in eight separate texts. One of only eight supernovae in the Milky Way observable with the naked eye in recorded history, it appeared in the constellation Cassiopeia and was visible in the night sky for about 185 days.

Today's Inspirational Quote:
"Don't rely on someone else for your happiness and self-worth.
Only you can be responsible for that. If you can't love and
respect yourself -- no one else will be able to make that
happen. Accept who you are -- completely; the good and the bad -- and make changes as you see fit, not because you think someone else wants you to be different."
