        Tortoise got 80%          Rabbit got 81% both went for admission in a engineering college, cut off needed was 85%  rabbit did'nt get admission but Tortoise got . how??????????????? . . . . . . .

 remember when we were in 1st std,  Tortoise won a race        Sports quota 5% marks extra.
